Counseling Ministry
began in 2018 as a way to bridge the gap between spiritual care offered by the Church and Licensed Mental Health Care that is often financially unattainable.
We believe that complete healing is found in a safe, quiet space where the love of Christ is present. We, at Park Alliance, are here to walk with you on your healing journey, listening with caring hearts and no judgement.
Bev Tiner
Our Counselor
Bev Tiner, a Board Certified Biblical Counselor
is our Minister of Counseling. Her Biblical Counseling degree and continuing education hours are through Light University, an accredited University that partners with the American Association of Christian Counselors, of which Bev is a member in good standing.
In addition to generalized counseling, her specialties include marriage, addiction, childhood sexual abuse, crisis, and grief.
Billie, Bev's therapy dog (in training), occasionally joins her in her office to bring a little extra comfort when needed or requested.
